VX21 / VX42 / X42 X-PAC® FABRIC

VX X-PAC® fabrics are known for their balance of strength, light-weight, and abrasion resistance. These fabrics have a proven track record of standing up to amazing abuse while keeping weight to a minimum.

RX30 X-PAC® FABRIC

Designed, literally, from the ground up, our innovative X-Pac® RX 3-layer laminates are made with a 100% post-consumer polyester face fabric, generated from discarded and recycled PET bottles. As with all X-Pac® materials, RX laminates are produced in Dimension-Polyant’s in-house facility which, itself, is 100% carbon neutral. X-Pac® RX 3-layer laminates feature distinguishable and recycled X-PLY® fiber reinforcement technology for an innovative, three-layer construction that’s rugged, flexible and inherently waterproof. A lighter-weight polyester film backing provides a sleek, technical appearance whether on the trail or in more urban jungles.

CARBONATE POLYURETHANE COATING FABRIC

PU coated fabric is made up of a synthetic woven base fabric (usually polyester or nylon) witha waterproofing Polyurethane Coating or laminate. The polyurethane coating is applied to asingle side of the base fabric, this makes the fabric water resistant, light weight, and flexible.Applications include: camping tents, light duty covers, clothing, bags, and backpacks.

N210D RECYCLED RIPSTOP

100% nylon ripstop fabric was first developed in World War II for parachute cloth, as an economical and stronger alternative to silk parachutes.Ripstop Nylon: Nylon is a synthetic polymer known for its strength, durability, and resistance to abrasion. Ripstop nylon is woven with a special reinforcing technique that creates a grid pattern of thicker threads interwoven at regular intervals. This grid helps to prevent tears and rips from spreading, making the fabric highly durable.Recycled Material: Recycled ripstop nylon is made from post-consumer waste such as plastic bottles or industrial waste. These materials are collected, cleaned, melted, and then spun into new nylon fibers. By using recycled materials, the environmental impact of the fabric is reduced compared to traditional nylon production, as it minimizes the need for new resources and reduces waste.Recycled ripstop nylon fabric retains all the desirable properties of traditional ripstop nylon, such as lightweight, water resistance, and durability, while also offering the benefits of sustainability.
